Work Force Nexus is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend development, RESTful API design, and cloud deployment, along with strong problem-solving and leadership skills. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and front-end teams to build scalable, high-performance applications.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other teams for seamless integration
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Implement robust security and data protection measures
- Participate in system design discussions and code reviews

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer (5+ years preferred)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Express.js, and Nest.js
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and design patterns
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS / Azure environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/GitHub)
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
