Key Responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Lead the development and enhancement of backend systems using PHP, particularly with the Symfony framework, to ensure robust and efficient performance.
- GraphQL API Development: Extend and optimize our GraphQL API to support new features and integrations, providing seamless data access and interaction for frontend applications.
- Database Management: Design and optimize MySQL databases to support application requirements, ensuring data integrity scalability, and performance.
- Integration of Third-Party Services: Integrate with external APIs and services to expand platform functionality and improve user experience.
- Code Review and Optimization: Collaborate with the development team to conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive best practices in software development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a strong command of Symfony framework. In-depth knowledge of GraphQL for building efficient APIs and data fetching.
- Solid understanding of MySQL database design, optimization, and querying. * Proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., React) for seamless integration with backend services.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
