- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a technology or a business related field.
- Experience with multiple successful product launches within strict timelines.
- Experience building partnerships with executive leaders and their teams, driving discussions and agreements.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will join a team responsible for scheduling work on Google’s production machines, and work on projects that are the very essence of impact at scale. The team’s work is critical to the reliability and efficiency of all of Google’s services. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work closely with product areas and Google Cloud Platform to build a deep understanding of user needs.
- Work across product, UX, and engineering teams to build, design, implement and maintain compute products that efficiently schedule and place all of our services across our global clusters.
- Drive decisions around prioritization, solutions, and functionality.
- Drive market segmentation and opportunity sizing using a data driven approach.
- Contribute to platform strategy and outlook. Partner with and influence the ecosystems we work with to create a clear path to market for our solutions.
