You will collaborate with development teams, identify bugs, review system specifications, and ensure product performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects using standard tools
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality standards
- Conduct regression, functional, performance, and integration testing
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA insights
- Ensure compliance with QA processes and best practices
- Mentor junior QA team members
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or Senior QA professional
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Proficiency in bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
