We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer proficient in Dotnet technologies, SQL Server, C#, and React to join our team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Dotnet, SQL Server, C#, and React.
- Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, assisting them in problem-solving and skill development.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to software development, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Dotnet, SQL Server, C#, and React, with at least 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms would be a plus.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
