Millipixels Interactive is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve software issues efficiently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure product quality
- Maintain and update testing documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regression, functional, usability, and compatibility testing
- Provide detailed reports on test results and recommend corrective actions
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to improving QA processes
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
