The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and product teams to ensure the delivery of defect-free and high-performing software products.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Identify, record, and track bugs through the defect management process
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable
- Participate in software reviews and provide quality feedback
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Software Tester, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes
