Position Title: Digital Marketer
Job Overview:
Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement with the target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Audience Growth: Increase the company’s social media following and reach by implementing growth strategies and tactics.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet specific objectives, such as driving website traffic, increasing sales, or generating leads.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels by adhering to brand guidelines and voice.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into the company’s strategy.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer for minimum of 2 years
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent copywriting abilities, proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software, and a good understanding of analytics and reporting.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing actionable insights to improve social media performance.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Extensive knowledge of SEO , SEM , SMM as well as content creation is a must have requirement
