Job Description
We are looking for a creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence, engaging with our audience, and fostering relationships with influencers and stakeholders. We are seeking an individual who is eager to learn and is happy to don multiple hats when needed.
Responsibilities
- Help execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create compelling and relevant content across various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and LinkedIn, Performance marketing creatives and more.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement creative ideas and campaigns aligned with company objectives
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and awareness
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including negotiation of terms, content approval, and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of the curve and implement best practices.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Assist with stakeholder outreach and management, including communication and relationship building.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a similar industry or niche.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to track and measure performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience in influencer marketing and stakeholder management is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an plus, though not a requirement
