Software Developer – Zoho Specialist
We are a Zoho Consultancy (like Salesforce), and we are on a mission to make IT more approachable to those businesses who struggle with implementing technology solutions. We are looking for individuals with Zoho experience, or those interested in learning about the Zoho tools, to join our team and help us GROW. $50,000Responsibilities:
When it comes to the actual responsibilities of this position you will have a large focus on developing our external and internal projects. It is expected that you:
- Follow internal processes as outlined via the Project Manager, and found in Zoho Learn
- Integrate 3rd party applications to the Zoho system
- Create widgets and extensions in the Zoho system
- Design and develop web and mobile apps as required by our clients
- Utilize Zoho projects to manage tasks and projects effectively
- Proactively communicate with the rest of the team via Cliq (internal messaging tool) when needed
- Expand your knowledge by continuously obtaining new certifications and completing courses along the way
- Contribute to the overall implementation plan by providing feedback to the Project Manager and Client Success Manager
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team
- Help train other team members when you see an opportunity to teach them something new
- Other items as required by the position
Qualifications:
- Some experience with CRM’s, bonus points if you have any experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator
- You are familiar and experienced with REST APIs, building widgets, and extensions, even better
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent command of the English language is a requirement
- UI/UX focused mindset is absolutely essential.
