H&P is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, self-directed Software Engineer using agile methodologies to deliver full-stack solutions. You will join a team of SaaS developers/architects to use Java and Angular framework to develop full vertical solutions to incrementally add value. You will be working and coordinating with colleagues who bring engineering, industry domain, business development, design and analytical thinking skill sets to the table, and who, more importantly, are dedicated to taking a customer-centric approach to developing innovation that will deliver lasting, and differentiable value.
Key Duties:
- Full stack developer having Front End development as primary skill to design, implement, test & deploy software systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to help define software requirements and needs.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing production systems.
- Innovate new approaches and aggressively meet customer requirements.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Familiar with some of the languages and technologies- Java, Javascript, Angular JS, Node.JS (NPM)
- Knowledge of Front-end web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS / Angular / ReactJS / Vue.JS / Web Services ).
- Experience in Micro Front end UI architecture & development, Progressive Web App.
- Experience with Java, RESTful APIS, Spring Boot, MongoDB or relational databases like SQL.
- Experienced with Cloud Computing environments like Google Kubernetes Engine or Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture via Docker on GKE or Azure.
- Knowledge of Node/NPM and various build tools like Webpack, Grunt/Gulp etc.
- Familiarity with Queue/Broker services – RabbitMQ/Kafka.
- Experience writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Familiar with source code control systems Git, common testing frameworks like Junit, JIRA & Jenkins.
- Follow coding standards, unit-testing, code reviews etc.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and design for testability.
- Familiarity with Agile development process and test-driven development
- Proactive – takes the initiative to resolve issues collaboratively, innovate new approaches and aggressively meet customer requirements.
- Detail oriented – designs, implementations and tests are thorough and accurate; user stories are fully groomed and detailed with product owner prior to work starting.
