Location: Remote
Experience: 1–3 Years (Fresher are most welcome)
Compensation: ₹3.5 – ₹5 LPA
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of responsive, high-performance web applications
- Build and maintain scalable UIs using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
- Translate high-fidelity designs (Figma) into production-grade frontend code
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to create seamless user experiences
- Optimize performance, loading speed, SEO, and web accessibility
- Write reusable components and establish frontend coding standards
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
Requirements
- 1–3 years of software engineering experience with a frontend focus
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals:
- DSA, OOP, Operating Systems, Networking, and System Design
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SASS)
- Clear understanding of SSR, SSG, and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of REST API integration, Git workflows, and frontend testing
Nice to Have
- Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred, or GCP/Azure)
- CI/CD experience for frontend deployments (GitHub Actions, Vercel)
- Personal or open-source projects showcasing frontend depth
