You will also collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to ensure the pilot program’s success.Primary Responsibilities (Customer Support & On-Call Duties):

1. Customer Support:

• Act as the first point of contact for hospital staff, ensuring smooth operation of software solutions.
• Quickly resolve issues or escalate them to senior engineers for resolution.

1. On-Site Support:

• Assist in setting up and installing healthcare software systems at the hospital.
• Train hospital administrators and medical staff on software usage, ensuring a seamless adoption process.

1. On-Call Troubleshooting:

• Be available to address urgent technical issues during the pilot phase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Secondary Responsibilities (Technical Contributions):

1. Collaboration with Experts:

• Work closely with solution architects, software engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to optimize software solutions.

1. Integration Assistance:

• Support the integration of AI and machine learning models into the software pipeline.

1. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct manual testing and implement testing frameworks to ensure reliability.

1. Data Entry Assistance:

• Ensure accurate data entry during the pilot phase, contributing to the validation of AI-driven insights.

1. Feedback Collection:

• Gather and relay feedback from users to the development team to improve the system.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in software engineering, IT support, or a healthtech startup.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React) and back-end technologies (Node.js).
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control (Git).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines or containerization tools like Docker.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and healthcare technology.
