Key Responsibilities
• Perform – manual testing – of web and mobile applications.
• Write, review, and execute – test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Contribute to test documentation including test plans and test reports.
• (Plus) Support in developing and maintaining automation test scripts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with test management/bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Basic understanding of SQL for database testing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have (Plus Point)
• Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress).
• Knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
