Should have good Pharma knowledge.
Should have good data testing skills.
Preference to bi-lingual technical resources. Japanese N3 certification
Adaptation to Japan work time.
Good understanding of SDLC and agile/iterative development
Good to have : Windows batch scripting and C# scripting exposure
