Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive with a strong B2B SEO background to lead and execute result-driven organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across technical SEO, content optimization, and performance analytics, particularly for software or web development companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for both users and search engines.
• Analyze performance metrics and create regular reports to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Work closely with web developers and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across digital channels.

Key Requirements:
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in in-house SEO, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven success in executing SEO strategies for web development or software development companies.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer personas.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Excellent understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Indore (on-site work only).
