🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Tester to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications through comprehensive testing, identifying defects, and providing actionable insights to enhance product performance.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Functional Testing including Smoke, Integration, System, and Regression Testing.
  • Conduct Manual Testing of mobile and web-based applications, analyzing the product from a user’s perspective.
  • Execute Automation Testing as required.
  • Apply knowledge of testing methodologies: Black Box, White Box, Grey Box.
  • Track defects using defect tracking tools, understand defect priority, severity, and life cycle.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) processes.
  • Follow Verification & Validation processes for products.
  • Prepare test cases based on SRS/FRS documents.
  • Document test results as per the test execution status.
  • Communicate effectively in English, documenting findings clearly.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
  • Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with defect tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and accountability.
