At SuperGaming, we are putting India on the global gaming map. We build games like MaskGun (90M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built).
We at SuperGaming are also launching Indus, an Indo-futuristic Battle Royale. As a multiplayer shooter game, it requires a range of backend services which serve to enhance player experiences and also empower game teams to customize and dynamically update game content on the fly.
Responsibilities :
- As a frontend developer you’ll work under the guidance of your lead to primarily develop internal administrative tooling for Indus.
- You will use frontend technologies to build a responsive web application which can facilitate end-user support, allow for game configuration adjustments, provide visibility of various data, and help in realizing insights via data visualization techniques.
- A focus on user experience concerns with a drive towards simplicity. Your goal should be to make delightful user interfaces that do not take up more time than is needed to get the valuable work done out of them.
- Interfacing with the backend services made available to you via HTTP and WebSocket protocols with general directions on how to integrate them with your frontend work.
- Writing code in chosen frontend technologies with relevant reviews to ensure its modularity and maintainability.
Experience & Skills required :
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals. Greater levels of understanding is definitely a benefit but fundamentals should be enough as you will also learn the needed during this job
- A few years of professional frontend development experience or an equivalent strong portfolio. If you can show us some of your prior work, would help us understand your capabilities better.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, for better collaboration across teams.
