Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Education: Any graduate (preferred from an IT background) having strong skills in IT hiring.
Communication preferred: Excellent.
Traveling flexibility: 20% traveling in this job (visit to client/project locations occasionally)
• Must have experience in IT Recruitment
• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Connects qualified candidates with technical team for L1,L2 and final discussion
• Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
• Provides advice to manager regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
