Key responsibilities:
- Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end to end talent acquisition process.
- Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums.
- Effectively screening candidates and evaluating based on telephonic interviews.
- Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations.
- Sharing feedback with the respective hiring managers and closing the loop with all candidates.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization.
- Good with basics of Excel, word and powerpoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
