An Independent QA Analyst (IQA) will be critical in advancing the quality, consistency, and objectivity of curated assets across Content Moderator Position. The IQA will provide quality management at the highest level possible, free of production biases, and will challenge the status quo quality scores to continuously drive improvement in process and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Management: Independently quality check curated creative assets—text, images, video, and audio—across different ad formats. Take ownership of the highest level of responsibility.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process/workflow improvement within existing workflows and processes. Challenge current metrics of quality to attain better overall processes for content curation and review.
Bias Removal: Conduct quality management reviews of the content, unbiased in nature, by keeping the quality assurance function separate from production. Emphasis on overlap removal and inconsistency across various levels of workflow.
Content Validation & Curation: Validate data and curate new content, if needed, according to project requirements; ensure variety for asset types such as images, text, video, and audio.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with the IQM team, production teams, and suppliers to maintain the highest level of quality management and achieve continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skill Set:
● Bachelors degree
● Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
● Should have good knowledge on QA roles.
Working Days: 5 Days
Salary Grid: 3.5LPA to 5.5LPA (Depends on Current Experience).
