📝 Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI & UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in UX research and UI design, with hands-on experience in designing mobile applications and websites. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

🛠️ Day-to-Day Expectations (Fresher / Early Career Designer)

• Completed a UX/UI Design Bootcamp or formal training
• Designed:
  • 2–3 mobile applications
  • 1–2 websites during training or academic projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Information Architecture
  • Microcopies
  • Typography
  • Material Design System
  • Cupertino Design System
  • Visual design principles
  • Icons & illustrations
• Comfortable conducting user research interviews and creating mood boards
• Experience with at least one end-to-end UI testing project (mobile app or website)
• Familiar with design handover workflows using Figma or similar tools
• Ability to document designs using style guides and design components
• Skilled in building and maintaining complex design systems in Figma
• Knowledge of microcopy writing is a plus

• Work Location: Bengaluru City (Remote / WFH available)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Every 1st and 3rd Saturday off
