As a Web Developer, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing and MarTech solutions for B2B. This is an opportunity to impact globally while working alongside a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities :
– Project Management: Lead web development projects from inception to launch, delivering high-quality results on time.
– Strategic Alignment: Align development efforts with business objectives and offer insights to stakeholders that drive value.
– Optimization & Maintenance: Oversee website speed, scalability, and user experience optimization for flawless performance.
– Digital Marketing Development: Leverage proven experience with Digital Commerce and MarTech (Marketing Technology) tools integration and development/customization.
– Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and empower junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best coding practices.
– Knowledge Sharing: Document project processes, learnings, and outcomes to facilitate effective team knowledge sharing.
– Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, introducing new technologies and tools, and developing strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications :
– Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JavaScript (ES6/7).
– Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
– Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
– Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
– Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
– Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
– Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
– Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
– Effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
– Strong understanding of PHP back-end development is an advantage
– WordPress experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
