Functional Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Support the UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing
- Participate in user research activities and assist in analyzing findings
- Prepare and deliver design documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with developers and senior designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Contribute to visual design and micro-interaction elements to enhance user experience
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and systems to inform innovative design solutions
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with design systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution (academic or personal projects acceptable)
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UX writing, or animation tools
- Interest in fintech or financial products
- Attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset
