Job Title : UI/UX Designer (Fresher to 3 Years Experience)
Job Summary :
We seek a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for user-centric design, visual aesthetics, and collaboration. You will be responsible for crafting responsive designs, creating wireframes, and supporting marketing initiatives through visually appealing graphics.
Responsibilities :
– Design responsive and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
– Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.
– Develop social media graphics, marketing materials, and other creative assets that align with brand guidelines.
– Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
– Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
– Maintain consistency in design and ensure it adheres to the brand’s aesthetics and usability standards.
Skills and Qualifications :
– Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
– Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and color theory.
– Basic understanding of responsive design principles and user-centered design processes.
– Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
– Knowledge of animation tools such as After Effects or similar is a plus.
– Enthusiasm for learning and improving skills while staying updated on design trends.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Eligibility :
– Open to freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related fields.
– A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory.
