We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team! If you are passionate about designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and have 0-1 year of experience, this role is for you. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Create visually compelling UI components with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Work on responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Maintain consistency in design by following UI/UX guidelines and design systems.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing and stakeholder feedback.
Must have skills:
- 0-1 year of experience in UI/UX design (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of UI principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.
- Awareness of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
