Job Description:
As a UI/UX Designer at UnboundB2B, you will play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our digital products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design interfaces that balance user needs with business goals. Your graphic design expertise will be a valuable asset in ensuring all designs are not only functional but also visually engaging
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and other designers) to design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web applications.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
Develop high-quality, visually appealing UI designs aligned with branding and design guidelines.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance data, and team input to improve usability and user satisfaction.
Ensure the final output is optimized for responsiveness, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design.
Qualifications and Skills:
1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record of creating engaging user experiences
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Strong graphic design background with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
Experience in prototyping tools and methods
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
