• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create mockups and high-fidelity prototypes for web applications.
• Design and refine UI elements, components, and layouts with attention to detail and usability.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure cohesive experiences across the platform.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing, balancing innovation with user needs and technical constraints.
• Provide assets, style guides, and other documentation for developers to ensure smooth implementation.
Requirements:
• Proven expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Presentation slides, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing web applications.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate proactively in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Experience building efficient scalable systems.
