Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Understand user needs and business goals to define intuitive and engaging UI/UX strategies.
- Apply design thinking to create user-centered solutions that align with the product roadmap.
Design & Development
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers to implement responsive and interactive UI components.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
- Present designs to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback efficiently.
Research & Innovation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to enhance user journeys.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and industry best practices.
Skills and Experience
Required :
- Proficiency in UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and design-to-development collaboration
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive web/mobile design
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems
- Previous project experience (academic or professional) with a strong design portfolio
