- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a product or services company (freshers with strong portfolios encouraged to apply)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and completed design work
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to bridge design and development
- Ability to create user journeys, personas, and conduct usability testing
- Good grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working on SaaS products or enterprise web applications
- Familiarity with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience collaborating in Agile environments
- Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Storybook
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and user-friendly features
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design assets
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Build and maintain design systems and UI guidelines
- Ensure visual consistency across platforms and devices
- Work closely with frontend developers for smooth design-to-development handoff
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
