Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 3 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.

Responsibilities
- Partner with other UX leads across Apigee, other Business Application Platform (BAP) pillars, Cloud, marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute compelling UX strategies.
- Develop empathy for API hub and Integration and Connectors Platform users by immersing in their workflows, needs, and issues.
- Analyze how the capabilities of Apigee, the Integration and Connectors Platform, and other BAP products can address specific user pain points and improve their efficiency.
- Identify key areas where API Hub and Integration and Connectors Platform can make a significant impact on user experience while accounting for both user and business needs.
- Utilize various tools and techniques such as storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and detailed UX specifications to guide development and deliver a seamless user experience.
