We’re looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re passionate about creating seamless user experiences, have a strong eye for detail, and are confident in building and maintaining design systems, we’d love to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure usability best practices are applied at every stage.
- Work independently in a remote-first environment, managing time effectively and delivering on deadlines.
- Adapt designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
- Report directly to the Head of Design and work closely with leadership to ensure design quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Proven expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems, collaboration).
- Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept to final UI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with usability testing and user research.
- Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
