As the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime:
- Monday to Friday
- 14:00 – 23:00 IST (08:30 am – 17:30 GMT)
We’re looking for a forward-thinking web developer with a strong grasp of modern front-end and back-end technologies to build, optimize, and maintain high-performance web applications. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless digital experiences for our users. You will be working closely with the full product team including, a top-notch Researcher, stellar Product Designer, highly experienced Product Manager, a world-class Head of Data Science and a visionary VP of Engineering.
Requirements
Programming skills:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Stay up-to-date with modern frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create scalable and maintainable code.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow modern DevOps practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
Languages and frameworks:
- Modern front-end frameworks, such as React, Vue.js or Angular
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS and responsive design principles.
