Key Responsibilities :
Website Design and Management :
– Design, build, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
– Ensure the website is responsive and optimized for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
– Implement best practices for SEO to improve website visibility and ranking.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design website elements that align with business objectives.
– Perform regular website updates, backups, and maintenance.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website.
Content Creation and Management :
– Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, banners, and other digital assets for the website and social media platforms.
– Develop and maintain a content calendar for both the website and social media channels.
– Write and edit engaging and informative content for web pages, blogs, and social media posts.
Social Media Strategy and Management :
– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
– Manage social media accounts by posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.
– Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Conduct social media advertising campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis of performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting :
– Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement.
– Measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
– Use insights from analytics to optimize both website and social media strategies.
Collaboration and Communication :
– Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
– Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for website design and social media management.
– Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).
– Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
