Job Description :
We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for web development, who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a team environment, taking the lead on new innovations and contributing to the overall growth of our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
– Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content to ensure high-quality user experiences.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to enhance overall UI/UX of web platforms.
– Own and manage various design and development tasks from concept to deployment.
– Develop responsive websites and ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimization for mobile and web.
– Implement best practices in web performance, accessibility, and security standards.
– Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code following development standards and guidelines.
– Perform regular site maintenance, including debugging and resolving performance bottlenecks.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development and suggest innovations for continuous improvement.
– Optimize the website for SEO and performance, ensuring faster loading times and seamless navigation.
– Troubleshoot and debug web applications across multiple browsers and devices.
– Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– 1 to 2 years of professional experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Proficiency in at least one server-side language (PHP, Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby).
– Solid understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React, Vue.js, Angular).
– Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, and experience with custom theme development.
– Experience with version control systems (e.g. , Git).
– Familiarity with web development tools such as Chrome DevTools, Visual Studio Code, or similar.
– Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience in optimizing web applications for mobile devices.
– Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
– Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs and issues efficiently.
– Basic knowledge of SEO best practices, including performance optimization, and schema markup.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Desired Skills :
– Familiarity with Flutter and hybrid mobile app development is a plus.
– Strong experience in building custom WordPress themes and plugins.
– Basic understanding of user behavior analytics and tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
– Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
– Passion for learning new technologies and applying them in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
