- Manage and maintain web-based HR systems and employee portals
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job listings and screening applications
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate online trainings, meetings, and performance review schedules
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and documentation standards
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related queries
