Wells Fargo is seeking freshers with knowledge on US Mortgage domain for the role of Associate Operations processor.

Job Designation : Associate Operations processor

Qualification :  BCom/MBA

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1 year

Skill Set :

1. Sound knowledge of  Financial Services, banking and Insurance
2. Familiar with credit analysis and Capital Markets.
3. Good Knowledge in USA Mortgage domain
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5. Basic working knowledge of computer applications and Good typing skills.
6. Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
7. Flexible to work in night shifts
8. Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Description :

1. Performs a variety of operational tasks for the low to mid complex processes or functions
2. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure
3. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems
4. Duties may include – receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, transaction processing, verifying with accuracy, resolving complex customer/client requests using multiple resources and records

1. Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures.
2. Exercises some judgment within guidelines
3. Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed
4. Achieve / exceed the set business metrics.
5. Is supportive of the team and contributes to it in an individual capacity
6. Receives feedback openly from others post implementation of learning experiences
7. Adapts to change within the organization with guidance from others
8. Makes effort to ‘pick-up’ knowledge/skills in one’s own area of work under guidance
