The selected candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, documenting issues, and ensuring products meet industry standards and user expectations. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about quality, precision, and software improvement.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and/or automated testing of software applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
- Review requirements and create detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases
- Perform regression, functional, performance, and usability testing
- Ensure final product quality aligns with company and client standards
- Provide clear and concise reports on testing outcomes
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify issues and think critically
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus
