Key Responsibilities
Work with client leads in different countries to identify needs and areas for improvement. Communicate with everyone about the company. Responsible for the daily AP processes in the US region.
Log all invoices upon receipt and monitor their progress through the payables process, communicating this to your team or HR. This role involves monitoring key metrics and resolving business issues with data-driven solutions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of experience. Must have an Accounting degree. Experience with large enterprise resource planning systems such as Oracle or SAP, and preferably with Coupa or Ariba procurement platforms.
Must have knowledge of business analytics, reporting, and forecasting. Must have strong skills in data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
