Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress, including theme and plugin development, and will be proficient with Elementor, experience with Drupal (versions 6 or 10) and basic SQL, and PHP. Experience and knowledge of AWS will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Work with the design team to create and implement website designs using Elementor.
- Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO.
- Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance of websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Implement basic SQL queries to manage and retrieve data from databases.
- Utilize PHP for backend development and customization.
- Work with Drupal (6 or 10) as needed.
- Assist in deploying and managing websites on AWS.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
- Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, PHP, and basic SQL.
- Experience with Drupal (6 or 10) is required.
- Knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
