We are seeking a motivated and talented WordPress Developer Intern to join our growing team for a 3-month internship program. In this role, you’ll gain valuable experience working alongside experienced developers on real-world projects. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, contribute to the development and maintenance of our WordPress websites, and deepen your understanding of the WordPress ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
->Assist senior developers in building and maintaining WordPress websites with a focus on design aesthetics and functionality
->Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements
->Integrate third-party tools and APIs with WordPress websites
->Gain experience with WooCommerce plugin for building e-commerce functionalities (familiarity preferred)
->Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of WordPress websites
->Stay up-to-date on the latest WordPress trends and best practices
Qualifications:
->Strong understanding of WordPress principles and functionalities
->Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
->Experience with website design principles is a plus
->Basic understanding of PHP is a benefit
->Familiarity with WooCommerce plugin is preferred
->Excellent communication and collaboration skills
->Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
->Passion for building user-friendly and visually appealing websites
->Must be a student or recent graduate (within the last year)
