– Manage project quality and ensure timely delivery of CRM solutions, adapting to fast-paced environments and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on CRM solutions.
– Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CRM systems, addressing technical issues and implementing necessary updates.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Zoho technologies.
Qualifications :
– 0-5 + years of experience in Zoho CRM development.
– Proficiency in Deluge scripting, REST API integrations, and programming languages such as PHP and JavaScript.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to work.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
– Experience with other Zoho applications like Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Sales IQ, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Expenses, and Zoho People is a plus.
