ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- HR Generalist Role HR Policies, Internal Recruitment, Induction&Exit Formalities, Performance Review
- Designing and implementing an effective Performance Management System and regularly, with a view to increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Organization’s Performance.
- Coordinating and helping other departments to develop/finalise Individual KRAs/Goals and ensuring that it is in line with the Organizational and Departmental Goals.
- Coordinating and ensuring that the KRAs/Goals are developed based on the concept, SMART Goals.
Evaluating the performance of employees monthly, and identifying the improvements required and guiding employees to perform better.
- Responsible for Formulating, Renewing and Implementing HR Process, Policies, Procedures and Practices, Grievances Handling,
- Performance Appraisals, Training programs, Employee Counselling/Relations, Induction and Exit Formalities.
- Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirement s.
- Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with Management.
- Managing Vendors and processing their bills for payments
- Knowledge of Minimum wages act, PF, ESI, Payroll aspects, Annual statutory returns
- Coordination with various branch staff
