Role / Designation: Business Analyst
∙Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payment Business Analyst to join our Payment Product Team.
The Payment Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design
solutions, and implement improvements related to payment processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong
analytical skills, deep understanding of payment industry trends, and excellent communication abilities.

∙Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the payment industry.
∙Strong understanding of payment processing, which includes Automated Clearing House (ACH), Electronic payments processing, Clearing and Settlement Processes of India/other countries and transaction flows.
∙Working experience with ISO 20022, ACH Payment messaging Standards.
∙Conduct thorough analysis of payment processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
∙Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for payment system enhancements or new implementations.
∙Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∙Gather and document business and system requirements, including user stories, use cases, and process flows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
∙Conduct testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate payment system changes, ensuring they meet business requirements and functional specifications.
∙Provide training and support to end-users on payment systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of payment solutions.

∙Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
∙Work Timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (IST) – flexible to extend depending on work.
∙Note: It’s mandatory to hold valid passport at the time of onboarding. He / She might have to travel based on company

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
