We are looking for a focused Data Entry Clerk to continuously update our company’s databases. The Data Entry Clerk will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information.

Tasks
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated systems.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients when necessary.
- Effective listening as well as analytical abilities, in addition to the capability to summarise details and deal solutions.
- Experience with personal computer and also have at least a typical functioning degree typing capability.

- Stable and reliable internet connection.
- Availability to work remotely without interruptions.
- Flexibility to work with various devices (phone, laptop, or computer).
- Residency in the United States.
- Effective communication skills, particularly via email.
- Attention to detail and ability to concentrate on tasks without distractions.
