Role Overview:
We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) and a strong understanding of analytics, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with analytics teams, business stakeholders, and domain experts to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Optimize visualizations for performance, usability, and aesthetics.
• Enforce best practices in data visualization, versioning, and governance of visual assets.
• Translate business needs and analytics outcomes into clear, actionable visual stories.
• Maintain data models, DAX calculations (Power BI), and ETL pipelines to support dashboards.
• Continuously improve data visualization standards, templates, and reusable assets.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization roles.
• Expert in Power BI; familiarity with Tableau, Qlik, or other BI tools is a plus.
• Strong data modeling, SQL, DAX (Power BI), and ETL skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive dashboards and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail, design sense, and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
