Weare looking for an experiencedGoogle AdsSpecialist who is passionateabout Paid Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, and social mediareporting directly to the Marketing Manager. We are looking forcandidates who apply a comprehensive methodological process tomarketing. This includes analyzing data, result-driven marketingefforts, and coming up with creative strategic solutions toincrease organic traffic, improve paid advertising performance andincrease patient acquisition for clients to help them reach theirtarget.

By making sure we havethe right resources in place to reach our goals, you identifypotential risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects aredelivered on time and meet the target results.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Create,and manage paid campaigns on different platforms (e.g., Google Ads,Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), troubleshoot issues on each,execute ad changes, and integrate UTM/Pixel ID set-up whenneeded.
- Test andoptimize campaigns in order to improve performance, includingaudience targeting, keyword research and selection, ad groupstructuring, ad copywriting, and landing pagetesting.
- Collect andanalyze data, perform daily and weekly reporting, and builddashboards with the information. You will need to analyze userengagement (e.g., Click through rate) and provide a rationalinterpretation of thedata.
- Track daily,weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities forimprovement. Conduct reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthlybasis and communicate back to the team onperformance
- Assist indetermining the effectiveness of paid efforts and identify strategywith necessary tactics andresources
- Gathercompetitive intelligence, including research on competitorkeywords, ad copy, and landing pages then generate ideas andstrategies to improve campaignperformance
- Identifythe dynamics of marketing for our clients and contribute creativeinput for new strategies to level up theresults
- Documents andplans to build processes to scale the productivity andresults
- Monitor budgetdistribution and performance of paid adcampaigns
- Provide SEOanalysis and recommendations, particularly with relation to thefeatures and structure of websites and webpages.
- Providerecommendations and carry out content creation methods inaccordance with general and keyword-specific SEOgoals.
- Monitor andmanage our social media initiatives by providing accurate data andinsights on our ongoingcampaigns.
REQUIREDSKILLS ANDQUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5years of experience with Google AdWords, and Googleanalytics.
- 1-3years of professional SEOexperience
- Demonstratedtrack record of running paid search accounts, paid social accounts,and re-targetingefforts
- Experience intracking email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-throughrates)
- Strongunderstanding of business metrics, digital KPIs, and datainterpretationskills.
- Excellentresearch, analytical processing, website analysis, and keywordoptimization
- Familiaritywith survey tools, CRM programs, anddatabases.
- Knowledgeablein Google Webmaster Tools, Search Console, Google Analytics, GoogleAdwords, Google DataStudio
- Google Adwordsand Analytics Certified is anadvantage
- Excellentoral and written communicationabilities
- Strongorganizational and time-management skills: phenomenal attention todetail, operate with urgency anddiscipline
- Comfortableworking in a fast-pacedenvironment
