Job Description:

Our healthcare services include: CT, MRI, PET-CT, Mammography, Ultrasonography and Health check-ups.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels.
- Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
- Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them.
- Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions
- Writing engaging copy for adverts
- Proofreading copies & setting up campaigns
- Making creative suggestions for advert templates, reviewing and getting approval from clients
- Account management of clients
- Analyzing performance, recommending optimization strategies & providing budget suggestions
- Producing detailed analyses and reports of campaigns
- Manage a number of campaigns and work with a range of clients or internal stakeholders, giving you lots of variety but challenging you to balance a busy workload and meet tight deadlines
- You’ll work with data, analysing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimise a PPC campaign
- Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working to implement, optimise and report on performance
- Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social Media
- Ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies
- Ensure the budget is spent across performance channels efficiently
- Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity
- Monitor work done by associates & interns
- perform A/B testing to experiment with different add copies, Landing pages and bidding strategies to optimize the performance.
Requirement:
· Any Bachelor’s degree
· Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics is a Plus)
· Keyword Research skills/ Customer Persona Building, Campaign Structuring
· Experience working on a Performance Marketing is a plus
· 3rd Party Tools Knowledge to Improve Productivity & Performance
· Analytical and strategic thinking.
· Problem solving skills.
