Education : Any Degree with MBA HR
Experience : 7+ years of HR exp in Retail industry using Oracle / SAP
Working hours : 09:30am – 07:00pm (100% Work from Office at Ahmedabad)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- On boarding, Payroll, Attendance, Exit management
- Performance management, Data & MIS
- Comp & benefits, integrity, audits management
- Recruitment & coordination with internal / external stakeholders
- Employee engagement & Policy set ups.
- Managing the HR functions for various units of GCC
Preferences :
- Entire HR management capacity is preferred
- Team handling exp Internal / external stakeholders management
- Retail industry exp with 700+ employee strength.
- Good in MS office (Excel, PPT, emails etc)
- immediate joiners are preferred (0-30 days)
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
