💼 About the Role

As an HR Specialist, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the right talent is hired efficiently while delivering an excellent candidate experience. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to meet evolving workforce needs.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Handle hiring for India-based roles across multiple functions
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing plans and hiring requirements
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and ATS records
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment
• Prior experience hiring for US-based clients is highly preferred
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in US shift environments and fast-paced hiring cycles
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously
